January February

Its been a month since we moved in to our new home. We've moved out from the government quarters which we stayed for 7 years. The new neighbors are filled by residences and those working in the neighbouring country. A surau is currently being built. The kids still go to the same school SRAB in town for the time being. The house is still a mess. I think there's a mouse trapped somewhere.

There's no fixed line i.e. streamyx and the broadband we have is really slow .. That should explain why I didn't update this blog. Of course had to fight the web usage with the kids.

During the CNY break last week we traveled to K. Pilah. The week before was a trip to Mersing to check the kebun's progress. Nak kena beli baja ..Before that I flew up to Head Office in KL on Jan 27. Fireflyz seems OK. Oh and the new Senai Aeromall is completed. Still nothing spectacular there.

Fasting

I know Raya is officially over, but only now I got the chance to post this - Breaking fast at Pizza Hut, Kotaraya. 5 Sept 2010.

Kebun updates

On Merdeka day,  I drove to check out the progress. It was still fasting month, so it was a quick trip.

Quite a substantial sum has been invested. Just to update this blog on our new venture the significant amount of works put on the land.

Fasting & Drinks

Its Johor State holiday today. Today marks the first day of the Holy month of Ramadhan. But the Mrs sufferred gastric since yesterday .. So she missed the 1st day. hope she'll be OK tomorrow. Ika too woke up early for sahur in the morning, but couldn't take it her asting past noon. Thanks to Faiz too, getting back his appetite.

Something cultural .. The picture at the side tells you who would come for a training session and bring along gallons of plain water from home to drink. I find it amusing! But, the malays could learn a thing or two on this but I don't wanna start a cultural revolution

Oil palm

Ponderng wether to venture into oil palm plantation ......... Need some capital raising quick!
